CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING / NO SHOWS/ LATE ARRIVAL Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment for a refund or to reschedule your service to another day. If you are running late for your appointment this may result in a reduced treatment time. PREPAID SERVICES, DEPOSITS/PACKAGES & GIFT CIRTIFICATE All prepaid services, packages and gift certificate cannot be combined with any other sales. Unless otherwise stated all services, packages and gift certificates expire 1 year from date of purchase. Packages and gift certificates are non refundable but can be transferred to another person of your choosing if needed.
